Sam Faiers thanks fans as she announces some wonderful news…

The act of writing and releasing a book is undoubtedly a tough enough challenge – but when there’s the added pressure of the book being all about your family life, there must be another layer of worry about letting people witness such intimate moments.

However, for Sam Faiers, opening up to the world is a risk paid off – as her book, My Baby and Me, is the third-biggest selling non-fiction book of 2017, so far!

Despite only releasing the project in late December, former TOWIE star Sam has had plenty of success with it, with fans flocking to read about her experiences since giving birth in December 2015.

And on Tuesday, she took to Instagram to announce the good news, and to thank her followers for their support.

‘My Baby & Me is currently the third best selling non-fiction this year,’ she began her happy caption.

‘This is what worked for me in my words, from an honest mum just trying to tell it how it is. I’m not saying it’s the right way, it’s just my way. What ever stage you are at in your lives, thank you for buying my book.’

Aww! And her fans were not shy in expressing their congratulations, with one praising her for showing how similar the experiences of motherhood can be, regardless of whether you’re famous or not:

‘It was nice to know that we’re all the same, just trying to do our best as new mummy’s!’ [sic]

With her son, Paul, having just celebrated his first birthday, questions have resurfaced as to whether she and partner Paul Knightley will be expanding their brood. However, she’s sticking to the plan of getting wed before baby number two, reaffirming on Loose Women: ‘I’m enjoying every milestone [with him] at the moment but maybe next year…

‘We would love to be married before our second child.’

Until then, there are plenty of reasons for her to feel happy – well done on the book, girl!
