Good news following a very worrying incident
Vicky Pattison has confirmed that she’s okay after a ski resort she’s staying at was hit by a frightening avalanche.
The 29-year-old star had jetted out to France for a holiday on the slopes with friends over the weekend but there was concern when a ‘hugely violent’ snowslide hit the Carline piste in the Val Claret area of Tignes on Monday.

There were fears that ‘numerous people’ may have been covered by a ‘mass of snow and ice’ at the resort, reports MailOnline, and a major search operation was launched involving rescue teams and sniffer dogs.
Thankfully a spokesman for the local gendarmerie later confirmed that ‘everybody managed to get away’ and there were no serious injuries, despite ‘a few skiers’ getting ‘knocked around’.
A rep for Vicky has also reassured fans that she’s okay and wasn’t affected by the scary incident.
‘Vicky is away skiing with friends in Tignes, she is safe and well and not affected by the Avalanche,’ her spokesperson confirms.

It sounds like Vicky is enjoying her trip and the former Geordie Shore star has already found time to pose for a selfie in her ski gear whilst on the slopes.

Vicky’s also made it clear that she’s totally relaxing her health and fitness regime during the vacay.
On Monday the TV star posted a throwback selfie of her posing in her underwear and wrote: ‘#MotivationMonday…. As I scoff cheese, bread and pastry out here in France and watch the slow but steady demise of my waistline I remember that last week I looked like this… 😂💁🏻
