CRN Awards 5 Stars to Schneider Electric’s EcoXpert Partner Program!

Winning 5-star accreditation in the 2017 CRN Partner Program Guide is a true honor. It’s been nearly seven years since Schneider Electric launched the EcoXpert™ Partner Program, which is designed to help our partners grow their business. Through training and certification programs, we share our industry expertise and our EcoStruxure™ technology, enabling our partners to deliver innovative solutions that drive success for our shared customers. Watching our partners grow and succeed, while our shared customers benefit from the program’s commitment, is a testament to success. The CRN 5-star rating will help us broaden our reach and extend the value of the EcoXpert program. This is our ultimate goal.

Since the program’s launch, more than 3,000 partners across 40 countries have joined, making the EcoXpert program both a local and global network of technology providers who employ some of the highest competencies in the industry. And, the value-add to our end customers has been nothing short of astounding. Our customers are boasting exceptional service, optimized operations and improved efficiency from the systems and solutions they are deploying in their buildings. Success stories from around the word such as TransitCity in Russia, Goralska Residences in France and Watson Clinic in the USA are admirable examples of the program’s impact.

We view our EcoXpert partners as a worldwide family and extension of Schneider Electric, partnering together to pioneer the future of intelligent buildings and the Internet of Things. For these reasons, we are honored to have been awarded a 5-star program rating in CRN’s 2017 Partner Program Guide.

CRN’s definitive guide on IT Channels

 The CRN Partner Program Guide is the definitive listing of technology vendors that provide services and solutions through the IT Channel. Published each year by The Channel Company, CRN’s Guide considers factors such as investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication.

The 5-star rating is especially coveted. As CRN describes, “The 5-Star Partner Program rating recognizes an elite subset of Partner Program Guide applicants who offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.”

Simply put, the awarding of 5 stars means that the EcoXpert Partner Program is among the best of the best, delivering to both our partner channel and our valued customers. How did the EcoXpert program earn this honor?

For me, the answer is three-fold:

These shifts in the world are having a major impact on how we conduct business today, and even more so on how our customers will conduct business in the future. These types of trends require the kind of program that EcoXpert delivers. Trained and certified by Schneider Electric, our partners are equipped with top-notch skill sets, enabling them to deliver innovation at every level of their projects, and better serve their customers.
2. Another answer lies in our mission, “To connect expertise, ignite growth and enable success for our EcoXpert partners, because together we deliver best-in-class services and solutions to our valued customers.” We strive with every partner, and every project, to live up to that mission. We are as committed to our partners’ success as they are to delivering value to their customers – and that dedication goes a long way. We realize that our esteemed partnerships help drive our success, and so aiding in our partners’ growth at the core of our program.
3. But the best answer I can give is the quality of the partners who have joined the EcoXpert program. Our selection process and certification demands are quite stringent, ensuring the quality of our partners complements the quality of our technology. Our EcoXpert partners are committed to excelling in the certification journey and enhancing the skill sets of their employees in solutions such as power management, building control, data connectivity and more. This enables our EcoXpert partners who offer and install our solutions to stand behind those solutions for our shared customers. Without this dedication from our partners, we wouldn’t be bragging about this success in our channel program!
