Support for Windows 10 Creators Update
AMD has released its latest Radeon Software Crimson ReLive 17.4.2 driver, which adds official support for Microsoft’s latest Windows 10 Creators Update as well as fixing some bugs.
According to the rather short release notes, the Radeon Software Crimson ReLive 17.4.2 driver adds initial support for Windows 10 Creators Update.
It also fixes some problems like the bug with Steam VR Asynchronous Reprojection feature, poor scaling in multi-GPU on DirectX 11 in Battlefield 1, flickering issues with Radeon ReLive on an extended display connected on Windows 7 system configurations, difficulties with application profiles in Radeon Settings and a Windows Security popup bug on some Hybrid Graphics system configurations.
There are still plenty of known problems that hopefully will be fixed with the next Radeon Software release.
As always, the Radeon Software Crimson ReLive 17.4.2 driver supports all Radeon series graphics cards since HD 7700/HD 7900 days and is available for Windows 10 and Windows 7 in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions as well as Windows 8.1 in 64-bit version.
You can check out the full release notes as well as find the appropriate download link over at AMD’s support page.
