Optometry rocked the KEXP studio on July 10, 2025, laying down a live version of “Comets” with March Adstrum on vocals and John Tejada handling electronics and guitar. Troy Nelson hosted the session, Kevin Suggs ran the audio desk, and Matt Ogaz took care of mastering. The cameras were manned by Jim Beckmann, Carlos Cruz, and Scott Holpainen, with Carlos Cruz editing the final cut.
