FKA twigs Announces 2026 Tour, Shares New “Love Crimes” Video: Watch

    December 1, 2025
    Music

Less than a year after wrapping up her last run of live performances, FKA twigs is going back on tour. Beginning in March of next year, the Body High Tour will bring twigs to theaters and arenas across North America, Europe, and the United Kingdom in support of Eusexua and its companion album, Eusexua Afterglow. Opening at select shows are Yves Tumor, Eartheater, Tokischa, and Brutalismus 3000. Scroll down to see the full list of dates.

Afterglow came out last month, alongside an alternate version of Eusexua that swapped out four of the album’s original tracks for new songs. Eusexua was recently nominated for Best Dance/Electronic Album at the 2026 Grammy Awards, and twigs is set to perform at next year’s Coachella as well. Today, she’s shared a video for the Afterglow track “Love Crimes” directed by Jordan Hemingway, who has helmed nearly all of the visuals for Eusexua and its follow-up.

See where the Afterglow track “Hard” falls on Pitchfork’s new list “The 100 Best Songs of 2025.”

  • Scoop up this Alexa remote for $17 on Cyber Monday

Scoop up this Alexa remote for $17 on Cyber Monday

    December 1, 2025
    Hardware

Don’t feel like speaking with Alexa? Don’t worry—she can do your bidding at the touch of a button with this compact and magnetic remote, now on sale for Cyber Monday.

Selling now for just $16.99, a 15-percent discount and its very first price cut since its release this past fall, the Amazon Basics Smart Dimmer Switch and Remote is a palm-sized control that lets you take charge of Alexa-connected smart devices as well as trigger Alexa routines.

The remote comes with four buttons, one of which features an LED indicator, and you can (with help from the Alexa app) assign controls and automations to each button; for example, you could set one of the remote’s buttons to control the Alexa-connected smart lights in a room, while another button could raise your smart blinds or throw the bolt on a smart lock.

The Amazon Basics Smart Dimmer Switch and Remote is small enough to sit on a bedside stand or a coffee table, and its magnetic backing allows you to stick it onto something metal, like the side of your refridgerator.

Even better, the Alexa remote comes with a matching wall plate, which you can mount using the included adhesive tape or screw into place with the mounting holes. When snapped into the mounting plate, the Alexa remote could easily be used as a dimmer switch.

The Amazon Basics Smart Dimmer Switch and Remote might remind you of Alexa Buttons, those jumbo Alexa-enabled gizmos that let you control Alexa with a push of their oversize buttons.

Alexa Buttons were discontinued years ago, but if you’ve been longing for a replacement, this new Alexa remote is just the thing, and Cyber Monday is the perfect time to grab one.

12/1/2025 update: Newegg has raised the price of the DDR5 kit included in this bundle, raising the price to $956.99. It’s still a solid deal at that price, shaving off the same $620 as the original bundle, but not quite as stellar as the original offer.

Newegg just dropped a new bundle. This one puts together a Core Ultra 9 285K, 32GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR5-6400 memory, and a Gigabyte Z890 Aorus Master AI TOP motherboard for $849.99, knocking off a massive $620 compared to the price of these components alone.

Over Cyber Monday, Newegg’s bundles have been a bastion for RAM prices. As DDR5 modules continue to surge, it’s getting increasingly difficult to put together a PC at a reasonable price. With this bundle, you essentially get the 32GB kit of Corsair Vengeance for free, plus an extra $320 off the Core Ultra 9 285K and motherboard combo.

We’ve seen these bundles go in and out of stock at Newegg over the weekend, so make sure to refresh the page a few times if the bundle isn’t available right away.

Although a good deal on memory is the main draw here, the lion’s share of the price goes toward the high-end Core Ultra 9 285K and Gigabyte Z890 Aorus Master AI TOP motherboard. It’s no secret that Intel’s latest Arrow Lake offerings lag behind AMD’s Zen 5 chips, but the Core Ultra 9 285K is still extremely fast, especially at this price.

As you can see from the results gathered in our Core Ultra 9 285K review, the main issue with this chip is its gaming performance. The X3D chips from AMD claim the top slots, unsurprisingly, but the Core Ultra 9 285K also underperforms compared to the Core i9-13900K, Core i9-14900K, and Core i7-14700K.

Although the Core Ultra 9 285K doesn’t top the gaming charts, its performance drop is mostly relevant at 1080p. With such a high-end CPU and motherboard, this is a rig you’ll probably pair with at least a 1440p monitor, and likely a 4K one. At those higher resolutions, the Core Ultra 9 285K’s lagging gaming performance starts to disappear.

This isn’t the bundle to buy if you’re only concerned with gaming performance; however, the Core Ultra 7 265K offers marginally lower gaming performance for much less. The Core Ultra 9 285K earns its stripes with productivity performance. AMD’s Ryzen 9 9950X still holds the top spot in multi-threaded performance, outpacing the Core Ultra 9 285K by a slim 5%. That’s despite Intel ditching Hyper-Threading with its Arrow Lake chips, leaving its CPUs with far fewer threads to play with.

Looking at single-threaded performance, it’s clear how big Intel’s core advantage is. It’s 7% ahead of the Ryzen 9 9950X, which is a sizable jump considering how radically different the Arrow Lake architecture is.

For the motherboard, we reviewed the older Gigabyte Z890 Aorus Master (sans AI TOP branding), which is identical to the one offered here. In our testing, the board delivered strong thermal performance for the VRMs and plenty of overclocking headroom, which is expected from a board that normally retails for $600.

Outside of the performance, the Z890 Aorus Master comes with loads of connectivity. You get 10-Gigabit Ethernet along with Wi-Fi 7 support, as well as dual Thunderbolt 4 ports and four M.2 slots with PCIe 4.0 x4 speeds. The board uses Gigabyte’s EZ-Latch system for the PCIe and M.2 slots, allowing you to install your components without a screwdriver.

You can pick up the Core Ultra 9 285K bundle on Newegg for $849.99 now.

  • This dual-camera video doorbell is 40% off for Cyber Monday

This dual-camera video doorbell is 40% off for Cyber Monday

    December 1, 2025
    Hardware

In most break-ins, thieves come into your home right through the front door. That makes a video doorbell your first line of defense, and you can add that protection for just $90 on this Cyber Monday with the Eufy Video Doorbell E340.

This camera—which usually sells for $150—is loaded with features, starting with its 2K primary camera supplemented by a second cameras that looks down to capture packages that have been left on your porch. Our reviewer found the E340 to be better at generating false motion alerts thanks to an onboard thermal sensor that picks body heat.

If you have an existing doorbell transformer, you can connect the Eufy E340 to it and never worry about needing to charge its battery. Don’t have a transformer? No problem, there’s a 6500mAh battery onboard. And since the camera has 8GB of onboard storage, you don’t need to sign up for a subscription to get event recordings. Or if you have Eufy’s HomeBase 3 network-attached storage device, this doorbell can store its recordings on that.

The Eufy E340 doesn’t pair well with Google Home smart speakers and it’s not Apple Home compatible, but it works great with Amazon Echo smart speakers and displays.

I Comuni possono ricevere supporto e chiarimenti dal settore regionale competente scrivendo all’indirizzo email: [email protected].

    Bruno

  • Enabling IOMMU for Xeon E5 v4 on Proxmox v9

Enabling IOMMU for Xeon E5 v4 on Proxmox v9

    December 1, 2025
    Software

To know more about this you can check the official documentation: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/PCI(e)_Passthrough

In my case I have Intel LGA 2011-3 Xeon E5 2680 v4 14-core CPU and JGINYUE X99-TI D4 PLUS motherboard together with NVIDIA video card.

You need to be logged as root on proxmox node.

Now, we need to edit /etc/default/grub. To do that run
nano /etc/default/grub and edit the line that already exists there so it will look like this:

    GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet intel_iommu=on iommu=pt"

Save the file by pressing Ctrl + X and then pressing Y to save the modified file.

    Run update-grub

Now we need to edit another file, run nano /etc/modules-load.d/iommu.conf and edit it so it looks like this (it will be empty):

    vfio vfio_iommu_type1 vfio_pci

Save the file by pressing Ctrl + X and then pressing Y to save the modified file.

Now run update-initramfs -u -k all and feel free to reboot the node as modules won’t be loaded otherwise.

After node has rebooted and you logged as root again, run lsmod | grep vfio and check that it looks like this:

    root@proxmox:~# lsmod | grep vfio vfio_pci 20480 0 vfio_pci_core 86016 1 vfio_pci irqbypass 16384 2 vfio_pci_core,kvm vfio_iommu_type1 49152 0 vfio 65536 3 vfio_pci_core,vfio_iommu_type1,vfio_pci iommufd 126976 1 vfio

Now run dmesg | grep -e DMAR -e IOMMU to be perfectly sure that we do not have any errors (they may be there!) and check that it looks similar:

    root@proxmox:~# dmesg | grep -e DMAR -e IOMMU [ 0.010917] ACPI: DMAR 0x0000000076D61C58 0000D4 (v01 ALASKA A M I 00000001 INTL 20091013) [ 0.010940] ACPI: Reserving DMAR table memory at [mem 0x76d61c58-0x76d61d2b] [ 0.135278] DMAR: IOMMU enabled [ 0.382776] DMAR: Host address width 46 [ 0.382777] DMAR: DRHD base: 0x000000fbffd000 flags: 0x0 [ 0.382793] DMAR: dmar0: reg_base_addr fbffd000 ver 1:0 cap 8d2008c10ef0466 ecap f0205b [ 0.382796] DMAR: DRHD base: 0x000000fbffc000 flags: 0x1 [ 0.382802] DMAR: dmar1: reg_base_addr fbffc000 ver 1:0 cap 8d2078c106f0466 ecap f020df [ 0.382804] DMAR: RMRR base: 0x0000007742a000 end: 0x0000007743afff [ 0.382806] DMAR: ATSR flags: 0x0 [ 0.382809] DMAR: RHSA base: 0x000000fbffc000 proximity domain: 0x0 [ 0.382812] DMAR-IR: IOAPIC id 1 under DRHD base 0xfbffc000 IOMMU 1 [ 0.382814] DMAR-IR: IOAPIC id 2 under DRHD base 0xfbffc000 IOMMU 1 [ 0.382815] DMAR-IR: HPET id 0 under DRHD base 0xfbffc000 [ 0.382817] DMAR-IR: x2apic is disabled because BIOS sets x2apic opt out bit. Also you can run dmesg | grep 'remapping' and it should look like this:

    root@proxmox:~# dmesg | grep 'remapping' [ 0.383432] DMAR-IR: Enabled IRQ remapping in xapic mode [ 0.383433] x2apic: IRQ remapping doesn't support X2APIC mode

The last ones to check would be iommugroup and id. They must be different for different devices (group can be the same within 1 device). For example here we can see that NVIDIA card devices have the same group but different id:

    root@proxmox:~# pvesh get /nodes/proxmox/hardware/pci --pci-class-blacklist "" ┌──────────┬────────┬──────────────┬────────────┬────────┬──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┬──────┬──────────────────┬──── │ class │ device │ id │ iommugroup │ vendor │ device_name │ mdev │ subsystem_device │ sub ╞══════════╪════════╪══════════════╪════════════╪════════╪══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╪══════╪══════════════════╪════ │ 0x010601 │ 0x8d02 │ 0000:00:1f.2 │ 43 │ 0x8086 │ C610/X99 series chipset 6-Port SATA Controller [AHCI mode] │ │ 0x7270 │ ├──────────┼────────┼──────────────┼────────────┼────────┼──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┼──────┼──────────────────┼──── │ 0x010802 │ 0xa80c │ 0000:01:00.0 │ 44 │ 0x144d │ NVMe SSD Controller S4LV008[Pascal] │ │ 0xa801 │ ├──────────┼────────┼──────────────┼────────────┼────────┼──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┼──────┼──────────────────┼──── │ 0x020000 │ 0x8168 │ 0000:05:00.0 │ 46 │ 0x10ec │ RTL8111/8168/8211/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller │ │ 0x0123 │ ├──────────┼────────┼──────────────┼────────────┼────────┼──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┼──────┼──────────────────┼──── │ 0x030000 │ 0x1d01 │ 0000:03:00.0 │ 45 │ 0x10de │ GP108 [GeForce GT 1030] │ │ 0x85f5 │ ├──────────┼────────┼──────────────┼────────────┼────────┼──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┼──────┼──────────────────┼──── │ 0x040300 │ 0x8d20 │ 0000:00:1b.0 │ 0 │ 0x8086 │ C610/X99 series chipset HD Audio Controller │ │ 0x7270 │ ├──────────┼────────┼──────────────┼────────────┼────────┼──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┼──────┼──────────────────┼──── │ 0x040300 │ 0x0fb8 │ 0000:03:00.1 │ 45 │ 0x10de │ GP108 High Definition Audio Controller │ │ 0x85f5 │ ├──────────┼────────┼──────────────┼────────────┼────────┼──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┼──────┼──────────────────┼──── │ 0x060000 │ 0x6f00 │ 0000:00:00.0 │ 29 │ 0x8086 │ Xeon E7 v4/Xeon E5 v4/Xeon E3 v4/Xeon D DMI2 │ │ 0x0000 │ ├──────────┼────────┼──────────────┼────────────┼────────┼──────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────┼──────┼──────────────────┼────

We can add PCI device like this to any vm:

Now you’re all set! Have fun! 🚀
