However, it seems as if this ability to shock and awe is something that runs in the family, as it’s been discovered that her grandma has been working as a prostitute – even now, at the age of 87!

Sheila Vogel-Coupe has been widely claimed to be the oldest escort in Britain, and is not shy about claiming that title in the slightest. In fact, she was part of a Channel 4 documentary about her work, aptly named My Granny The Escort.
Though her line of work has been publicly known since Katie’s appearance on The X Factor in 2010, The Sun discovered that she’s still a very active sex worker, six years later. What retirement age, eh?!
Listed on a specialist website, Sheila – who is now estranged from the Waissel family – has some positive reviews indeed, with a recent rating describing her as a ‘lovely lady who clearly knows exactly what to do and which of my buttons to press.’
