Keith Lemon SLAMMED by fans after making a joke about the Lindsay Lohan ‘assault’ photo

Keith Lemon has angered fans after joking about a picture of Lindsay Lohan appearing to be assaulted.

The Celebrity Juice star – actually called Leigh Francis – tweeted the picture of Lindsay being grabbed by her boyfriend Egor Tarabasov with the caption: ‘Lindsay Lohan and her boyfriend rehearsing for Strictly. Good luck guys.’

While the tweet has since been deleted from his Twitter account, the picture still exists on his Instagram.

Fans have since slammed the TV star for his insensitive comments – and making fun of domestic violence.

One said: ‘Condoning violence to a woman, well done …’

Whereas another commented: ‘He was assaulting her… so would’ve been a funny joke if it wasn’t such a sh*tty situation’

One added: ‘A woman being physically assaulted by her boyfriend really shouldn’t be made into a joke.’

The actress was filmed in a fight with her fiancé on the beach in Mykonos, Greece, where the couple can be seen grabbling with one another. The video was filmed last month.

She previously said that her 23-year-old Russian millionaire boyfriend was trying to kill her in the balcomy of her Knightsbridge house.

She could be heard yelling in the early hours of the morning: ‘Please, please, please. He just strangled me. He almost killed me. Everybody will know. Get out of my house.

‘Do it. I dare you again. You’re f**king crazy. You sick f**k. You need help. It’s my house, get out.’

Yikes. So Keith Lemon, maybe lay off the jokes for a little bit.
