The Slovakian prime minister is saying that the EU will make it very “painful” for the UK to leave, setting an example for other countries. Ameera David has the details. Then, RT Correspondent Peter Oliver reports from Berlin on the latest round of German regional elections, where the right-wing AFD party made more gains at the expense of Chancellor Merkel’s party. Afterwards, Bianca Facchinei breaks down new research showing that Volkswagen may not actually be the worst polluter in Europe, and Alex Mihailovich joins from Toronto with the latest on negotiations between GM and Canadian labor union Unifor.

After the break, former Ronald Reagan Budget Director David Stockman explains why he thinks the ‘Reagan Revolution’ has failed, and how inequality has led to the rise of Donald Trump. And finally, in The Big Deal, Edward Harrison looks at the newest BIS report showing a number of countries with accelerating debt problems, China foremost among them.
