Ruolo
The successful candidate will work in the Client investment team providing support in (i) scouting and analysis of potential investment opportunities, (ii) deal execution (due diligence activities, deal structuring, legal contracts), (iii) portfolio management / monitoring and (iv) investors reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
– Research and analysis of new investment opportunities (i.e., financial statements analysis, market research, business plan assessment)
– Development of financial models used in the valuation process
– Preparation of Investment Memos and reporting documents to the Investment Committee and the Board of Directors
– Assist deal execution (due diligence activities, deal structuring, legal contracts)
– Support senior team members in monitoring existing portfolio companies
– Preparation of marketing presentations, ESG reports, and other documents for investors
Il candidato prescelto
Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Private Equity, M&A / Corporate Finance / Investment Banking, Management Consulting or Transaction Services
– Excellent academic background in Economics, Business, Engineering or similar
– Solid analytical and quantitative skills, with substantial experience in financial modelling and valuation
– Strong written and oral communication skills in Italian and English
– Results oriented individual, with a proactive approach to problem solving, attention to details and team worker
