Brazilian star Malive steps up to remix Chemical Surf's 'Mercy'. The original single dropped in May, bringing Latin heat to dancefloors worldwide.

Vinicius Lima is Malive and a key figure in the South American scene. He has been DJing and producing for many years and is a regular at Brazil's most cultured clubs, including festivals like No Art and big clubs like Green Valley and D-Edge. The multi-platinum producer started in hip-hop and had great success even in his teenage years, working with some of Brazil's most renowned names. He later transitioned to dance music and released on Diynamic, Mo Black, and Kompakt, picking up high-profile fans such as Pete Tong and Solomun.

His fantastic remix of Chemical Surf's 'Mercy' keeps things deep with stripped-back but warm drums locking you in. Wooden hits bring an irresistible sense of swing as the vocal swirls around up top next to rousing pads.
