Investire in obbligazioni in Rand oggi una grande “Opportunità” – Analista Marco Magnani

In un momento dove gli investimenti  occidentali hanno rendimenti pari allo zero, gli investitori si spostano dove le prospettive di guadagno sono più elevate, nell’ultima settimana 4.1 miliardi si sono spostati sui mercati emergenti (Bric).

Uno di questi posti è sicuramente il Sud-Africa, di conseguenza i capitali che si spostano in quel mercato per acquistare Azioni, Obbligazioni, ecc.  fanno si che la valuta locale si apprezzi contro l’Euro.

Oggi acquistare obbligazioni in valuta sudafricana  potrebbe essere un grande affare, infatti oltre a interessanti interessi sopra il 5% di rendimento potrebbe esserci anche un interessante ritorno sul cambio.

A mio avviso il  momento è ottimale per acquistare, capiamone il perché…

L’evoluzione di Fifa vista attraverso i calci di rigore

Da Fifa International Soccer uscito nel 1994 a Fifa 17 di cambiamenti se ne sono visti molti. Ma sono i video come quello che proponiamo qui che evidenziano nella maniera più netta possibile quanto cambiano i videogiochi e la loro grafica nel corso del tempo.

Il video, che è apparso su Bitbol, ripercorre le varie fasi dell’evoluzione di Fifa proprio attraverso la prospettiva dei calci di rigore, che nel corso del tempo si sono evoluti considerevolmente per meccaniche e grafica.

Il tutto alla vigilia dell’uscita di Fifa 17 che, proprio nei calci piazzati, vedrà uno dei cambiamenti più consistenti rispetto al passato, come abbiamo visto qui.

Ex-Teeniestar Corbin Bleu hat geheiratet

Ein weiterer ehemaliger Teenie-Star ist unter der Haube: US-Schauspieler Corbin Bleu (27), der vor allem durch die ‚High School Musical‘-Filme bekanntgeworden ist, hat am Wochenende seine Freundin Sasha Clements (26) geheiratet.

Die Hochzeit fand mit rund 160 Gästen in Santa Barbara (US-Bundesstaat Kalifornien) statt. „Das Beste war das Gefühl, das ich von Kopf bis Fuß hatte, als Sasha durch das Tor kam und vor den Traualtar getreten ist“, sagte der Tänzer und Schauspieler gestern dem US-‚People‘-Magazin. „Plötzlich wurde mir klar, dass diese atemberaubende Frau, die auf mich zukam, mich heiraten und mich zum glücklichsten Mann der Welt machen würde.“ Und auch die junge Braut kam aus dem Schwärmen nicht raus: „Heute war einfach ein perfekter Tag. Es gibt nichts, was ich anders machen würde. Corbins Gelöbnis war wunderschön. Es war wirklich der schönste Tag in unserem Leben.“

Der 27-Jährige spielte zwischen 2006 und 2008 in den Teenie-Filmen ‚High School Musical‘ an der Seite seiner später weitaus berühmteren Kollegen Zac Efron und Vanessa Hudgens. Danach war er in eher kleinen Rollen in TV-Serien wie ‚Good Wife‘ und ‚Castle‘ zu sehen. Die Kanadierin Clements ist ebenfalls Schauspielerin. (dpa/KT)

Kaby Lake ships to PC builders

 Ready for Late 2016

Chipzilla’s CEO Brian Krzanich has claimed that Kaby Lake CPUs have been finalised and shipping to PC builders for use in complete systems.

These will be based on the same 14nm process as Skylake and its predecessor, Broadwell. Intel won’t make the move down to 10nm until the 8th-gen Cannonlake CPUs which are due to launch in 2017. The original plan was to switch to 10nm back in 2015 but, because of manufacturing problems, it will stick with 14nm for Kaby Lake.

The timing is not much of a surprise, We were expecting Kaby Lake by the end of the year in time to go head to head with AMD’s Zen – if that shows up on time. AMD’s president Lisa Su has insisted that there will be a small volume desktop launch in 2016 before mass volume in early 2017.

“We have been very focused on the server launch for first half of 2017. Desktop should launch before that. In terms of true volume ability, I believe it will be in the first quarter of 2017. We may ship some limited volume towards the end of the fourth quarter, based on how bring up goes and the customer readiness”.

However if that was the case we would expect to be seeing the same level of enthusiasm from AMD that Intel is giving its Kaby Lake. AMD is in a tricky position. Many in the industry expect Zen to be late, even while AMD insists it isn’t. Chipzilla, on the other hand, is expected to deliver on time and is making a bit thing about it. If the company has shipped to OEMs already then it may even beat Zen into the shops, putting AMD on the backfoot even before it begins.
