Bankitalia: i tassi su mutui di luglio

Secondo le ultime rilevazioni di Bankitalia contenute nel report mensile Moneta e Banche pubblicato oggi 9 settembre, nel mese di luglio 2016 i tassi TAEG applicati ai mutui per l’acquisto di abitazioni sono diminuiti al 2,44% dal 2,55% del precedente mese di giugno ed al 3,02% di un anno fa.

Il dato rappresenta il valore minimo mai assunto dai TAEG rilevati da Bankitalia ; un record assoluto anche rispetto al minimo storico registrato nel giugno del 2010 pari al 2,69%.

Anche sul fronte dei tassi per mutui a tasso fisso con durata maggiore dei 10 anni si coglie una simile diminuzione: dal 2,51% di giugno al 2,32% di luglio e al 3,18% di luglio 2015.

Per quanto riguardo il valore percentuale rilevato per i tassi variabili (durata inferiore ad un anno) il tasso medio rilevato è pari a 1,75%; anche questo è un record storico da tenere in alta considerazione.

Roland Announces TT-99 Turntable and DJ-99 Mixer

As a part of their ongoing 909 Day celebrations, Roland is debuting two new products in the DJ category (they announced the powerful Serato-ready DJ-808 last night). The new products are back to basics – a turntable and a mixer. Both are designed to visually reflect the design of the iconic TR-909 drum machine. Keep reading to get the details and see more photos of the TT-99 turntable and the DJ-99 mixer.

So far there aren’t too many technical details about either of these two new products. Mostly the focus seems to be on creating basic DJ gear at a reasonable price, while designed to call back to the retro TR-909 design.

The TT-99 is a direct drive turntable, which comes with a built-in phono equalizer. It’s a pretty basic turntable clearly focused on DVS and basic turntablism use – likely paired with the DJ-99 mixer (below).

Who would have thought that Roland would be the next company to make a basic two channel DJ mixer? After Mixars and DJ Tech/Thud Rumble recently flooded the market, here comes another one at a low price point.

There’s adjustable curves for the crossfader and channel faders on the top, buttons to reverse each of the channels, and even a MiniInnofader for the crossfader.

On the back of the unit there’s outputs for master (1/4″ only) and booth (RCA only). There’s also DVS send/return RCA loops to allow easy passthrough connection to a soundcard into a digital vinyl setup.

Als Kind sei sie gemobbt worden, sagte die 25-Jährige im Interview mit der neusten Ausgabe der Illustrierten ‚Gala‘ „Es gab immer wieder Situationen, in denen mein Körper thematisiert wurde. Zum Beispiel beim Schwimmen. Man ist eben anders.“ Durch Vorbilder wie Crystal Renn habe sie inzwischen gelernt, „dass ich stylish und schön sein kann – mit Kurven“. Ihr Vater habe sie allerdings immer schon unterstützt und ermutigt, so Alessandra Garcia. „Er sagt: Steh für die Dinge ein, an die du glaubst!“

Noch vor zwei Jahren präsentierte sich Alessandra mit ihrem berühmten Papa, Regisseur, Produzent und Schauspieler, rank und schlank.

Microsoft: abbandono Lumia a fine anno e Surface Phone nel Q3 2017 (Rumour)

La strategia di Microsoft riguardante Windows 10 Mobile è diventata ormai difficile da capire: se da una parte il colosso di Redmond ha puntato molto sull’ecosistema unico, dall’altra mettendo in vendita solo quattro smartphone durante l’anno e con dichiarazioni che hanno lasciato intendere come il settore mobile non fosse la priorità, ad oggi la situazione sul mercato è critica in termini di pure statistiche, sia come volume di smartphone venduti che come market share.

Nelle scorse ore sono trapelate delle informazioni da un dipendente Microsoft che rendono la situazione ancora meno chiara: l’arrivo del Surface Phone non è mai stato messo in dubbio ma a quanto pare passerà ancora moltissimo tempo prima che possa arrivare sul mercato. Infatti, l’arrivo sul mercato sarebbe previsto per l’autunno del 2017.

E se qualcuno potrebbe pensare che poco importa dato che ci sono i Lumia a portare avanti il brand, ebbene a quanto parer gli attuali Lumia in circolazione (quindi il 950 XL, 950, 650 e 550) potrebbero essere gli ultimi prodotti da Microsoft dato che sarebbe in procinto l’abbandono del marchio a fine 2016 e mancando solo tre mesi non c’è da attendersi il rilascio di nuovi smartphone.

Ovviamente trattandosi di un rumour prendiamo queste notizie con le pinze, sperando che Microsoft riesca a risollevare il brand Windows 10 Mobile, almeno in campo business.
