Von Paul van Dyk gibt es tolle Nachrichten! Ein Jahr nach seinem schweren Sturz gibt es für den Star-DJ Grund zur Freude: In Kolumbien hat er seine Freundin Margarita geheiratet. Er verdanke ihr sein Leben, sagt van Dyk.

Rund ein Jahr nach seinem schweren Sturz bei einem Festival hat DJ Paul van Dyk (45) geheiratet. „Der glücklichste Tag unseres Lebens“, schrieb der Berliner am Sonntag auf Facebook und Twitter. Er postete dazu ein Foto von sich und seiner Frau Margarita Morello. Die beiden gaben sich laut „Bild“-Zeitung am Samstag in der kolumbianischen Hafenstadt Cartagena das Jawort. Die Designerin stammt aus dem südamerikanischen Land.

Im Februar vergangenen Jahres war der weltberühmte Musiker bei einem Festival im niederländischen Utrecht vom DJ-Podium enige Meter tief gestürzt und hatte sich schwere Verletzungen zugezogen, darunter einen doppelten Bruch der Wirbelsäule und ein Schädel-Hirn-Trauma.

Seine Partnerin habe bei der Genesung eine wichtige Rolle gespielt, sagte van Dyk danach in einem Interview mit „Billboard Dance“. „Sie war die ganze Zeit bei mir. Sie war der Grund für mich am Leben zu bleiben. Ohne sie hätte ich das alles nicht geschafft. Ich verdanke ihr mein Leben.“ 2014 ließ sich Paul van Dyk von seiner langährigen Partnerin und Managerin nach 13 Jahren scheiden. (dpa/KT)

Großprojekte können schon mal etwas länger dauern. Man kennt das ja vom Berliner Flughafen. Dies gilt auch für James Camerons „Avatar“-Fortsetzung.

„Avatar“-Fans müssen sich länger gedulden, bis die Fortsetzungen des 3D-Fantasy-Spektakels ins Kino kommen. Wie Regisseur James Cameron (62) der kanadischen Zeitung „Toronto Star“ sagte, wird „Avatar 2“ nicht mehr wie zunächst geplant im Jahr 2018 starten.

Die Entwicklung von gleichzeitig vier Fortsetzungen bezeichnete Cameron als „episches Unterfangen“. Die Figuren und Sets seien aber fast fertig. „Es ist ziemlich aufregendes Material.“ Der Originalstreifen „Avatar – Aufbruch nach Pandora“ von 2009 gilt mit weltweiten Einnahmen von knapp 2,8 Milliarden Dollar als finanziell erfolgreichster Film der Geschichte. 2013 hatte der Regisseur zunächst drei Folgen der SciFi-Geschichte angekündigt, die er in Neuseeland drehen wollte. Vor einem Jahr kündigte er dann auch eine vierte Fortsetzung der Saga an. Die Darsteller Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana und Sigourney Weaver sind wieder an Bord. (dpa/KT)

Since hanging up those humongous, Tina McIntyre earrings in 2014, former Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan has been VERY busy.

The talented 29-year-old has not stopped cropping up on our telly boxes, starring in massive dramas like Tina and Bobby and Our Girl – and we have to admit, we’re loving it.

But now it looks like the popular star might be up for a whole new career in baking as rumour has it Channel 4 are pulling out all the stops to score Michelle on the celeb version of The Great British Bake Off.

Well, we didn’t see that coming!

According to The Sun, bosses are desperate to sign up the glamorous star, who’s married to TOWIE lad Mark Wright, and see her as a great choice for the revamped show.

An insider revealed: ‘After they managed to wrestle the Great British Bake Off away from the BBC, the bosses know the pressure is on.

‘They’ve made signing up names for the celebrity special priority and Michelle Keegan is top of the list, as she is apparently a very keen baker.

‘She is also a real Bake Off fan and thinks it would be a fun thing to do.’

Despite getting VERY excited about the prospect of the actress joining Paul Hollywood for Celebrity Bake Off in autumn, unfortunately bosses are worried they might not be able to secure the busy star with the source adding: ‘The issue is whether or not she can fit it in with her other work projects.

‘She will be travelling to South Africa in the near future to film the second series of Our Girl, and that won’t leave a lot of time for baking.

‘But Channel 4 are doing everything they can to sweeten the deal for her.’

Blimey! They really are keen…

The news of Michelle’s potential baking gig comes after it was revealed presenters Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins as well as Queen of Baking, Mary Berry wouldn’t be returning to the show following the news it was moving to Channel 4.

(We’re still not over it).

If that wasn’t bad enough, it was also revealed the new series won’t actually start until 2018 – so we have to go a whole year with no soggy bottoms… Torture, right?

Luckily chiefs announced in January that the shorter Stand Up to Cancer celeb special would be shown in autumn. Phew… We’re sure Michelle would do a great job on the show!

Drei Stars werden neben Sylvester Stallone in ‚Escape Plan 2′ spielen. Der Schauspieler war bisher der einzig bestätigte Star der Fortsetzung, ein Engagement von Arnold Schwarzenegger steht noch aus. Allerdings wurden nun laut ‚Deadline‘ drei weitere Gesichter für den Streifen bekanntgegeben.

Einer davon ist schonmal Pleitegeier Curtis „50 Cent“ Jackson, der bereits im ersten Teil als Rech-Experte Hush zu sehen war. Jamie King wird in die Rolle der Abigail Ross schlüpfen, die im ersten Teil von Amy Ryan verkörpert wurde. Auch Dave Bautista wird an Bord des Sequels sein, bisher ist aber noch nicht klar, in welcher Rolle. Der Film ist eine amerikanisch-chinesische Produktion und die Dreharbeiten werden wohl noch in diesem Frühjahr beginnen. Steven C. Miller ist als Regisseur dabei. Ob Stallones Kumpel Arnie zurückkehrt, steht derweil noch in den Sternen.

Nachdem Stallone im letzten Jahr für einen Oscar nominiert war, ihn allerdings nicht bekam, erklärte Schwarzenegger in einem Video: „Sly, immer dran denken: Ganz egal, was die anderen sagen, für mich bist du der Beste. Du bist der Gewinner, ich bin stolz auf dich.“ Die zwei kennen sich von den Dreharbeiten zu ‚Escape Plan‘ und ‚The Expendables 3‘, aber auch privat verstehen sich die beiden Action-Stars blendend.

Alviero Martini è stato rapinato in strada a Milano. Lo stilista martedì 7 marzo stava camminando tranquillamente quando è stato avvicinato da tre malviventi, uomini con l’accento dell’Europa dell’Est. Lo ha reso noto il 66enne stesso in un comunicato stampa.

Rapinato a Milano. I ladri gli hanno mostrato un coltellino e gli hanno intimato di consegnare portafogli e gli altri oggetti di valore che aveva addosso. Il coltello è stato anche usato per staccare ad Alviero Martini il bracciale che portava al polso, provocandogli, quindi, alcuni lividi. 
Il bottino del furto è di cento euro in contanti, il braccialetto d’oro e una borsa con ben venti orologi di valore che Martini stava portando a riparare.

Lo stilista, dopo essere stato rapinato a Milano, è andato al pronto occorso per farsi medicare, poi ha sporto denuncia dai Carabinieri.
“E’ incredibile che possa succedere una cosa del genere alle 10.45 del mattino, in una zona della città così centrale e viva – commenta Alviero Martini – Alla fine non mi sono fatto nulla, ma chi me lo dice che, se avessi reagito, questi ragazzotti non mi avrebbero fatto del male?”.

E aggiunge: “Questa immigrazione disordinata va bloccata a prescindere dall’etnia. Personalmente non sono in grado di indicare una soluzione, ma questa piaga va fermata. Per i cittadini della città e per le attività commerciali che si ritrovano ormai ostaggio di comunità che non sembrano intenzionate a integrarsi”.
