A pochi giorni da un Keynote di Apple le indiscrezioni su eventuali prodotti in arrivo si susseguono incessantemente. Ecco che dopo aver visto il possibile nome della toolbar multifunzionale in arrivo sui MacBook Pro, i rumor si soffermano sul possibile aggiornamento che l’azienda di Cupertino sarebbe pronta a relegare ai Mac Pro.
Il Mac Pro, infatti, non viene praticamente aggiornato dal 2013, ossia da quando è stato rilasciato sul mercato per la prima volta. Molti professionisti hanno da tempo richiesto un update della loro macchina professionale ad Apple senza però avere risposta in merito. Almeno fino ad oggi. Le indiscrezioni parlano di un ipotetico aggiornamento sia per quanto concerne i processori, sia per ciò che riguarda le schede video nonché le porte di collegamento.
Oltre a questo alcuni professionisti specializzati in Final Cut Pro X, il software per l’editing video di Apple, fanno sapere di essere stati invitati al keynote in quel di Cupertino. Un invito che potrebbe confermare le indiscrezioni nei riguarda di un importante aggiornamento del programma. Le voci circolano da mesi e la versione 10.3 sembra poter giungere al rilascio proprio in concomitanza con l’evento del 27 Ottobre.
Per errore o per svista proprio alcuni giorni fa è apparso online il download di un misterioso “FinalCutProTrial10.3” sul sito di Apple. Nessuno è riuscito a portare a termine il download del file che è stato prontamente rimosso ma di certo le possibilità vedere alcun anteprime del programma di editing sul palco a Cupertino sono davvero molto alte.

Ovviamente non ci sono offerte imperdibili rispetto a quelle che la rete propone ma sappiamo bene che non tutti preferiscono acquistare online e quindi queste promozioni, che in diversi casi sono comunque convenienti, hanno ancora senso.

Buongiorno, stiamo entrando in una fase molto delicata del mercato visto da un’ottica ciclica perché ci troviamo in prossimità a dei livelli che se superati, dovrebbero darci indicazioni sul lungo periodo, ora noi come sempre, cercheremo di fare un po’ di chiarezza.
Iniziamo dal ciclo mensile inverso, il quale è giunto ad una durata di 33 sedute, per cui ci troviamo davanti a due possibili scenari:
-il t+2 inverso non ha ancora finito il suo sviluppo ciclico
-siamo già in un nuovo t+2 inverso.
Nel primo caso quindi ci troveremmo vicino alla sua naturale conclusione, al massimo potremmo concedergli ancora un tracy inverso ribassista a completare il suo sviluppo.
Nel secondo caso invece, che può sembrare al quanto estremo, ma è nostra abitudine considerare tutti gli scenari possibili, saremmo in nuova struttura ciclica inversa dal massimo del 11 ottobre a quota 3051. Mensile inverso che sarebbe prematuramente vincolato al ribasso su tutti i suoi tracy inversi e che avrebbe generato sul lato indice una figura d’inversione che va dal minimo del 30 settembre a quello del 13 ottobre, la quale sarebbe considerata come un t+1 corto, con al suo interno le sequenze +, -, che successivamente non dovranno essere rispettate.
E’ palese che questa ipotesi non possa essere considerata quella principale, ma tuttavia ritenevo oppurtuno illustrarla.
Discorso trimestrale, lo Stoxx nell’ottava appena conclusa ha violato sia il massimo a 3051, facendo girare al rialzo il setup weekly, sia il top a quota 3063, ora gli manca un piccolo sforzo da compiere, superare il livello di quota 3101. Evento che se si realizzasse, avrebbe una grande importanza dato che farebbe girare al rialzo il setup monthly di settembre e contestualmente farebbe svoltare al ribasso il ciclo t+3 inverso, spalancando le porte alla nascita di un nuovo ciclo annuale di indice.

Following suit as this fall’s major games hit the (virtual) store shelves, NVIDIA has packaged another bundle of Game Ready updates for the latest releases. In the 375.57 WHQL update we get a few fixes, new game support, and some VR as well.
This time we have the first version out for driver release 375. In the list of fixes we start with Mirrors Edge Catalyst, which is no longer flicking in the Ansel UI when the image is moved with the mouse pointer on systems running a SLI GTX 980M setup. There is no longer get corruption from decals in Overwatch and there are also no longer issues changing the refresh rate on BenQ ZOWIE monitors, were before we saw cases of system crashes and signal loss to the monitor when changing the refresh rate. Lastly there is a fix for an issue with the GeForce GTX 650 causing dots on all the characters in GTA V.
As a new feature in this release NVIDIA improved the performance and quality of the “motion vectors provided by the Motion-Estimation-Only mode of the video encoder, specifically in stereo VR use cases”. Though a bit of a mouthful for a description, this enhancement seems to apply to improving NVIDIA’s recording quality with stereo VR games.
Moving on to the most interesting reason for updating our drivers, the Game Ready updates start with Battlefield 1, which came out this week. We can also find support for Sid Meier’s Civilization VI which was released in lockstep next to Battlefield 1. Titanfall 2 made the roster for this update though we won’t be seeing that game’s release until next Friday on the 28th. We also have a new section in the release notes labeled Game Ready VR, which means that VR experiences join in on the party starting with the classic series Serious Sam in Serious Sam VR: The Last Hope and the incoming Eagle Flight VR From Ubisoft. We have also been given a new SLI profile for the MMORPG Lineage Eternal: Twilight Resistance.
