Carmen Di Pietro a Pomeriggio 5 fa come Carla Bruni. Si rimette in forma con la crioterapia.
L’ex Première Dame di Francia nei giorni scorsi sul social ha postato un’immagine in cui si vede in piena sessione mentre si sottopone alla cura, un bagno di azoto. “Meno 150 gradi, ciò mi rimette a nuovo. Quando tu decidi di cominciare il lunedì con freschezza”, ha scritto.
Carla Bruni fa tendenza. A Pomeriggio 5 Carmen Di Pietro la imita e si sottopone allo stesso trattamento, una seduta di crioterapia. Ringrazia Barbara D’Urso: il prossimo 24 maggio compirà 52 nni, la conduttrice neo 60enne le ha fatto un bel regalo. “Mi sento rinata, ho ossigenato tutti i tessuti”, dice entusiasta.
Durante la crioterapia nel servizio mandato in onda da Pomeriggio 5 Carmen Di Pietro indossa pantofole a stivale da montagna imbottite, per proteggere i piedi dal gelo: anche Carla Bruni le ha dovute mettere, è obbligatorio
Impossibile non sentire un po’ freddo, ma, data la breve durata, Carmen Di Pietro resiste e poi in studio racconta l’esperienza da ‘ringiovanita’. Le è piaciuto.
Del resto questa cura, che prima serviva soprattutto a combattere le infiammazioni, oggi è un vero trend tra le star. In tre minuti a -160 gradi Celsius, – 265 Fahrenheit circa, bruci 800 calorie, hai la cellulite attenuata, i muscoli decontratti e, appunto, le infiammazioni ridotte. Non è poco.
